Leeder Residential Pty Ltd was established in 2017 by Luke Leeder initially as a passion project alongside his full-time role as a construction site supervisor within the luxury homes space. In 2022 he initiated total commitment to Leeder Residential bringing with him extensive experience in building complex multi-story residential projects.
His portfolio covers multimillion dollar residential builds as well as heritage restoration projects of the same value. Having collaborated with some of Perth’s leading architects and builders within the luxury home space he understands the level of detail, quality and service required for the exclusive home market.
